In a 2015 poll run by Athletics Weekly, Gebrselassie came out on top as ‘the greatest long distance runner in history’ with 46% of the vote, ahead of Emil Zátopek in 2nd, and Kenenisa Bekele 3rd…specifically for the Marathon we rank the incredible Gebrselassie as no.3 ALL-TIME!!! 🙌
