Rightly regarded as one of Britain’s Greatest Ever Athletes, RUTHERFORD will forever be immortalised for his Olympic Gold on home soil in London 2012; one of three Golds that night in a sensational 44 minutes; cementing one of the MOST ICONIC moments in BRITISH SPORTING HISTORY!✨🙌

Rewarded for his incredible success with an MBE, alongside many additional accolades, even including an honorary statue in his home city of Milton Keynes…🙌

RUTHERFORD is 28th Farthest of All-Time, and today we pay Tribute to him as the HBM-Ranked 19th Greatest Long Jumper in History!!!💫

FACE-OFF: one of our toughest yet!!! Who wins?🤔 You decide…🇮🇳🇩🇪🔥

SPEARMON was a sensation when he burst onto the global 200m sprint scene in 2005…straight to the top of World Rankings and backed up by his 19.65 secs [0.0 m/s] Personal Best in 2006, aged just 22!!!🌟

A fan favourite for his strong race finishes and engaging personality, SPEARMON won 2 x NCAA 200m Golds representing the University of Arkansas [2004 & 2005] and then went on to win THREE World Championship medals…Silver [2005] and two Bronzes [2007 & 2009], alongside his superb indoor performances, both at 200m [20.10 secs] and 300m [31.88 secs – Indoor World Record] to complement his sub-10 secs 100m PB [9.96 secs & 9.92w +4.3 m/s]!!!💨

He remains 14th Fastest All-Time over 200m, and today we pay Tribute to WALLACE SPEARMON as the HBM-Ranked 48th Greatest 200m Sprinter in History!!!✨

By popular demand…at just 21 TEBOGO already ranks 30th ALL-TIME via HBM!🙌🇧🇼⬇️

In Paris this summer TEBOGO became the first African to win the Men’s OLYMPIC 200m GOLD when storming past both Noah Lyles and Kenny Bednarek…💨🥇👏

A former Under-20 World Champion as recently as 2022 [setting records along the way!] emphasise just how quickly TEBOGO has now established himself on the World sprint scene…in addition, it’s his range of sprint speed that justifiably has so many track fans excited about what the future holds…

100m PB = 9.86 secs
200m PB = 19.46 secs
300m PB = 30.69 secs [World Best]
400m PB = 44.29 secs

TERO PITKÄMÄKI comes in 22nd All-Time via our HBM Men’s Javelin Ranking with a superb track record – a complete set of World Championship medals, the highlight being GOLD in 2007 [with a stellar throw of 90.33m!!!], complemented by his Olympic Bronze from Beijing in 2008!!!🥇🥈🥉🥉

We salute Pitkämäki for his monster throws and his positive impact on the Javelin…💪

The man who we all have to thank for starting the tradition of supporting athletes on the runway with clapping!!! 👏 🙌

With his charisma, and as Triple Jump World Record holder for 10 years, BANKS was an inspiration to a generation of jumpers…such is his immense standing in the event, an entire chapter is dedicated to him in our no.1 Bestseller, TRIPLE JUMP TRAILBLAZERS, for which we were honoured to have him write our Foreword!!! 🙏

At #14, the only male athlete in history to have held the World Record for both the Triple Jump and the Long Jump! Nambu was an exceptional talent…🇯🇵

Conley was an incredible all-round athlete and an inspirational Triple Jumper – ranked 12th ALL-TIME via HBM!!!✨

A fantastic sprinter and possibly the best combination Long and Triple Jumper ever; Conley won it all in the Triple Jump…multiple NCAA titles, twice World Indoor Champion, an Indoor World Record [17.76m], a complete set of World Championship medals [including Gold in 1993], backed up by an Olympic Gold in Barcelona 1992 with an awesome jump of 18.17m!!! Only denied the World Record by a wind reading +0.1 m/s over the allowable limit!!!🤏

Conley’s various event PBs really are quite something…

Triple Jump PB = 17.87m / w18.17m
Long Jump PB = 8.46m / w8.63m
100m = 10.36 secs
200m = 20.21 secs / w20.12 secs

By POPULAR DEMAND, a dedicated JAYDON HIBBERT Post!!!🇯🇲🔥⬇️

Still only 19, already 15th on the All-Time distance list [17.87m], THREE times inside the World’s Top 10, and with the U20 Triple Jump World Record to his name…even JONATHAN EDWARDS has put his WORLD RECORD on notice given the way HIBBERT has lit up the runway in recent seasons…we await the best to come with real excitement in 2025 and wish @_.wunderkid_ all the very best as he sets his sights on JAMES BECKFORD’s historic 1995 Jamaican Record of 17.92m, and distances even farther beyond…✨🙌

RAY EWRY won 8 GOLDS across 3 Olympics [Paris 1900; St. Louis 1904; London 1908]‼️

His 8 individual event Olympic Golds went unmatched for over 100 years and remain so in Track & Field!!! It’s also remarkable that a century later, his performances remain credible to this very day!!!💪

History has somewhat faded of the 6ft 1in American from Purdue University, mostly because the Standing Jumps are no longer part of the Olympic programme, but his feats are legendary – not least because he contracted polio when young and needed a wheelchair; with fears he’d be paralysed for life!!!✨

In August this year, ARSHAD NADEEM became the FIRST-EVER athlete to win individual OLYMPIC GOLD from Pakistan!!!🥇🔥

Still only 27, NADEEM seemingly has the Javelin world at his feet!!! Already, Olympic & Commonwealth Champion, the Olympic Record Holder [92.97m], and ranked 6th on the All-Time distance list!!!✊
