5.HBM Membership/Other
In using our services you may be required to create a membership account and login details. The email address you select for your login should be kept up-to-date and accurate along with all other information you provide to us. You are responsible for the safety of this information and should keep your password private. You are not permitted to share your login information with third parties to utilise the products or services you have purchased from us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our services and to take legal action should any of our terms be breached.
In the marketing of certain products or services we may share testimonials or work with affiliates. The results that we share from others are always freely provided and never pre-prepared by us, however, you should be aware, particularly in respect of affiliate campaigns that a commission payment may be made by us to our affiliates in exchange for them promoting our offers.
It’s important to us that you are completely clear from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join the HBM Membership (“the Membership”) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
Membership Terms: Key Details: The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by www.harveybennsmethod.com. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which www.harveybennsmethod.com (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Membership Outline: The Membership is designed for individuals who want to discover the results of the Harvey-Benns Method, which is applied to different athletic disciplines on a monthly basis for a years subscription. This may include a free first month with an automatic yearly subscription once the month is over. The subscription is a rolling subscription unless cancelled by the customer.
We ask that all members in the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.
Throughout the membership we will be available by email via enquiry@harveybennsmethod.com and we will respond as soon as possible (typically within 72 hours).
If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.
Payment Terms: The cost of the membership is £19.99 (£15.99 plus £4.00 VAT) for one year. On subscription you will be provided with the opportunity to pay the entire fee. Every year you will have the opportunity to renew your membership for a further year. You must provide at least 28 days’ notice in writing via email to terminate (see below). If you do leave and re-join at a later date, you will lose the membership rate on which you are currently subscribed, the membership fees may have increased and we may not have any availability to new members. Members who join between 14th July 2023 and 30th July 2023 are eligible for a one-month free trial. At joining, these members will be required to enter payment details, but will not be charged any fee. One month after the sign-up date, members who joined with the one-month free trial will automatically be charged £19.99 (£15.99 plus £4.00 VAT) to the payment method they provided at sign-up, and will be granted a full year of access to the membership.
Refunds and Cancellation: It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership. Should you wish to cancel your membership you must provide at least 28 days’ notice and your membership will then cancel at the end of the year which you have committed to, due to the nature of the information given, no refund will be available for the year already paid. Automatic renewal will occur yearly if you have selected ‘Automatically renew subscription’ upon joining.
6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter and proceedings arising out of the use of this Site. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. https://harveybennsmethod.com‘s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. https://harveybennsmethod.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

In signing up for any competition or giveaway the winner agrees to be featured on the website, social media or any marketing in relation to the prize/books/www.harveybennsmethod.com. The winning selection is final and indisputable.
Current Prizes:
Rare Framed Commemorative Collectable Signed by Jonathan Edwards and the Authors Certificate, competition closes 31st December 2023. Draw to be held on 6th January 2024, and the draw winner will be notified shortly after by email.
10.Term; Termination.
Harvey-Benns Publishing may at anytime withdraw the Harvey-Benns Method subscription and membership platform – should this happen, members would be notified and fully reimbursed for the current year’s full subscription.
