#2 ALL-TIME – George dominated the women’s Pole Vault through the mid to late nineties; a period that still had limited global titles on offer as the event started to gain momentum. At her peak, George broke World Records at will – to date, no female Pole Vaulter has progressed the World Record by a greater amount! George also won Commonwealth Gold in 1998 and will forever be remembered as a true great of the event! 🙌
